Job summary

KKR in Dublin is seeking a Senior People Analytics Professional to scale and customize reporting for Talent Management, Talent Development, and Talent Acquisition CoEs. You will leverage advanced analytics to provide actionable insights and predictive models for attrition and performance.

In this role you will build visually compelling dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI, partner with stakeholders at all levels, and help standardize metrics, definitions, and data quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting or financial services analytics experience.
• Strong data analysis, reporting and visualization skills with Tableau and PowerBI.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel, plus knowledge of R or Python for statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent CoEs to scope and deliver sustainable analytics products.
• Deliver talent analytics using quantitative and qualitative data.
• Develop and track key talent metrics and benchmarking.
• Create concise executive-level presentations.
• Apply advanced statistics to identify trends and predict outcomes.
• Build visualizations to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Enhance reporting framework and scale dashboards.
• Analyze employee survey data for actionable insights.
• Advocate for clean HC data and data quality audits.
• Provide training and support to teammates.
