Job summary

KKR in Dublin seeks a Senior People Analytics Professional to scale reporting for Talent Management, Development, and Acquisition CoEs. You will apply advanced statistics, predictive modeling, and data visualization to deliver actionable insights shaping talent decisions.

You will partner with stakeholders to develop key metrics, build dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI, ensure data quality, and present concise executive-ready insights while guiding teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in a consulting capacity, or in-house at a professional services or financial services firm.
• Proficiency with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
• Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Understanding of database concepts and SQL.
• Advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Talent Management Partnership: analytics partner to CoEs, scoping solutions and building sustainable products.
• Talent and Diversity Analytics: provide analytics from quantitative and qualitative data.
• Talent Metrics Development: develop and track key talent metrics and benchmarking.
• Executive-Level Presentations: craft concise, impactful presentations for stakeholders.
• Statistical Analysis: apply advanced methods to identify trends and build predictive models for talent outcomes.
• Data Visualization: create dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI for non-technical audiences.
• Reporting and Analytics Framework: enhance framework, roadmap, processes, and metrics definitions.
• Survey Analysis: analyze employee survey data and derive actionable insights.
• Data Quality Advocacy: promote clean HR data and build audits and tools.
• Training and Support: train teammates to use reporting tools and extract insights.
