Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Limerick, Ireland, seeks a Senior PDK Development Engineer to join the Engineering Enablement team.

You will develop, deliver and support PDK components for multiple processes across internal and external foundries. Responsibilities include building PDKs, DRC/LVS/RC deck creation using Cadence Pegasus, Calibre or ICV, developing pcells with Cadence Skill, and scripting automation to streamline layout and verification.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of PDK development experience.
• Experience with DRC/LVS rule decks and EDA tool integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and support PDKs across processes for internal and external foundries.
• Create and improve DRC/LVS/RC decks using Cadence Pegasus, Calibre, or ICV.
• Develop parameterized layout cells (pcells) using Cadence Skill and scripting languages.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline layout generation, verification and design environment setup.
