Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement across process development, device qualification, and volume manufacturing. Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Material Science, Physics, or related field.
• 10+ years of semiconductor industry experience in wafer fabrication and process development.
• Knowledge of semiconductor processing and device physics.
• Experience with magnetic technology or processing.
• Ability to lead and coordinate technical projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving, statistical process control, and lean manufacturing knowledge.
• Lab experience with characterizing, understanding, and improving semiconductor device performance and reliability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical writing and project management skills.
