Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years in a professional payroll role.
• IPASS qualification or equivalent is advantageous.
• Experience with multi-entity or large payrolls in Ireland.
• Solid knowledge of Irish and UK payroll legislation and statutory reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and coaching abilities.
• Collaborative mindset, able to work independently or in a team.
• Advanced Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with Oracle HCM, Payroll and Discoverer is desirable.
• High attention to detail and numerical proficiency.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Discretion and trustworthiness in handling payroll data.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and support payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
• Manage Revenue activities including RPNs, payroll submissions and ERR submissions.
• Handle EHEC CSO data on a quarterly basis.
• Complete weekly and monthly payroll and Revenue reconciliations for compliance.
• Prepare bank files for payment and payroll reports for Finance teams.
• Assist stores with queries, ensuring information is correct.
• Liaise with pension providers as required.
• Investigate payslip queries related to Tax, PRSI, USC calculations.
• Maintain accurate record keeping and documentation to support processing.
• Participate in payroll system upgrades or process improvements.
• Support audits with documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and Head Office on legislative changes affecting pay.
