Job summary

LanceDB is hiring a Senior Partner Solutions Architect to drive our global partner ecosystem. You will serve as the trusted technical advisor across SIs, cloud providers, and AI platforms, enabling partners to architect, deploy, and scale LanceDB solutions for enterprise customers.

You will craft scalable technical content, support high-value PoCs, and collaborate with product and engineering to influence the roadmap while advancing ecosystem growth and adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer- or partner-facing technical roles, ideally with data platforms or distributed systems.
• Experience with partner ecosystems (SIs, cloud providers, technology alliances).
• Deep understanding of distributed systems concepts and container orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner enablement, training, and certifications for engineers and architects.
• Joint architecture and co-delivery with alliances and field teams for PoCs and designs.
• Create and maintain partner-facing technical content and deployment blueprints.
• Advocate for product and ecosystem changes based on partner feedback.
• Collaborate on GTM initiatives and technical marketing events.
• Share best practices through blogs, whitepapers, and conference talks.
