Job summary

Tombola is seeking a Senior Organic Search Manager to lead our organic strategy across the UK, Italy, and Spain. This hands-on leadership role blends strategy with execution, shaping SEO, ASO, content, and technical optimization across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Brand and Compliance.

You will lead a small team, manage agency partners, and use data to influence decisions, driving measurable commercial impact and growth across markets.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading SEO or Organic Search strategies, including senior/leadership roles.
• Proven success growing organic traffic, visibility, and commercial performance across markets.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge: architecture, Core Web Vitals, JS SEO, indexation, migrations.
• Commercial mindset with forecasting experience and linking activity to outcomes.
• Experience leading and developing teams, plus managing external agency partners.
• Solid understanding of content strategy and its impact on search performance.
• Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms (Ahrefs/Semrush/Sistrix).
• Excellent communication to influence senior stakeholders and explain complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the organic search strategy across Bingo and Casino brands in multiple markets.
• Forecast traffic, conversions, and commercial impact using data-driven insights.
• Champion SEO/ASO across the business early in product, content, and technical planning.
• Monitor industry trends, AI search developments, and competitor activity; translate into action.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Organic Search team and external agency partners.
• Prioritise technical SEO opportunities aligned with commercial value and customer impact.
• Own onsite content roadmap across markets; shape strategies around player intent and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Brand, Design, Compliance, and Development to deliver compliant, high-performing content.
