Job summary

Cpl Resources is seeking a Senior Oracle Developer for a global financial institution in Ireland. The role focuses on hands-on development, design and delivery of regulatory reporting solutions across EMEA, mentoring teams and driving engineering best practices.

You will lead design and development efforts, work with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to framework and CI/CD improvements in a complex enterprise platform. Hybrid Dublin work model with long-term contract.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong Oracle Database and advanced PL/SQL development expertise.
• Proven experience leading technical delivery and mentoring development teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the SDLC.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins.
• Linux and shell scripting experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of regulatory reporting applications and platform enhancements.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across global development teams.
• Develop scalable, high-performance solutions aligned to enterprise architecture standards.
