Job summary

Cpl Resources is seeking a Senior Oracle Developer for a global financial institution in Ireland. The role focuses on hands-on development, design and delivery of regulatory reporting solutions across EMEA, mentoring teams and driving engineering best practices.

You will lead design and development efforts, work with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to framework and CI/CD improvements in a complex enterprise platform. Hybrid Dublin work model with long-term contract.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong Oracle Database and advanced PL/SQL development expertise.
• Proven experience leading technical delivery and mentoring development teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the SDLC.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins.

This is a hands-on senior engineering role focused on the design, development and delivery of critical regulatory reporting solutions supporting business users across EMEA. You'll work closely with global technology teams, architects and business stakeholders, helping to drive the technical direction of a complex enterprise platform while mentoring developers and promoting engineering best practices.
