Harvey Nash in Ireland is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the EMEA Regulatory Reporting Technology team, guiding the software platform development and engineering strategy.

You will manage global delivery within an Agile framework, mentor engineers, shape the tech stack (Oracle, PL/SQL, Informatica, Angular, Java, Spring, Autosys) and partner with business stakeholders to ensure robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in software delivery management with 10+ years software development experience.
• Strong technical skills across Oracle, PL/SQL, Informatica, Angular, Java and Spring.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and automated unit tests.
• Experience interfacing with 3rd party vendor platforms.
• Able to lead teams and define architecture within an SDLC/Agile framework.
• Experience in large financial services organizations.
• Mentor and coach teams on best practices and high code performance.

• Define and drive end-to-end engineering approach aligned with architecture.
