Job summary

IT Search is seeking a Senior Oracle Developer to join our EMEA Regulatory Reporting Technology team for a 6-month day-rate contract in Ireland. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and shaping an enterprise-grade platform used for critical regulatory reporting across a global financial institution.

You’ll design, build, and optimize scalable solutions while driving modern engineering practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Advanced Oracle Database and PL/SQL development expertise.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring, Angular, Informatica, and Autosys.
• Experience with Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Linux/Shell scripting.
• Excellent knowledge of Agile delivery, SDLC, and JIRA.
• Proven ability to design scalable enterprise applications and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical delivery.
