Job summary

Our Client in Dublin is seeking a Finance & Risk Regulatory Reporting Manager to lead large-scale regulatory reporting and finance transformation programmes within a growing consulting practice. You will work hybrid in Dublin with senior stakeholders across finance, risk and technology, shaping data-driven reporting and regulatory change initiatives.

The role offers exposure to BCBS239, IFRS9, IReF and stress testing, with opportunities to develop leadership, client management and delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience delivering regulatory reporting or finance transformation programmes.
• Experience in consulting, banking or financial services organisations.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, systems and operating models.
• Exposure to finance and risk regulatory frameworks such as BCBS239, IFRS9, IReF or stress testing.
• Experience working across data-focused transformation projects.
• Knowledge of SQL, BI tools or data platforms is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven project leadership and team management experience.
• ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA qualification or equivalent would be beneficial.
• Experience with Agile, PMP or Prince2 methodologies is advantageous.
