Job summary

Qualifications

• Merchant Services experience with strong knowledge of day-to-day processes in Client Onboarding and Servicing.
• Control-minded execution, attention to detail, and adherence to procedures.
• Strong data discipline with clean inputs and traceable outputs.
• Operational ownership, milestone management, and timely escalation.
• Client-centric mindset focused on adoption and end-to-end experience.
• Continuous improvement through root cause analysis and defect reduction.
• Collaborative delivery with business stakeholders and Agile ways of working.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and systems-thinking to diagnose performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze key business processes to identify improvement opportunities and recommend automation to streamline control execution and reporting.
• Support evergreen process risk assessments with complete control capture and strong documentation.
• Assist CCOR reviews, audits, and walkthroughs with validated evidence and timely RFIs.
• Support issue, action plan, and risk governance by tracking milestones and RCA/AAR activities.
• Drive QC/QA error reduction and verify remediation effectiveness.
• Maintain stakeholder routines with scorecards and governance meetings.
• Develop and maintain process maps, workflows, and documentation with clear recommendations.
• Optimize onboarding and servicing models with a client-centric, growth-focused approach.
