Qualifications

• 5+ years senior operational/management experience in credit unions or regulated financial services.
• One or more MCC qualifications (QFA and/or CUA) or equivalent.
• A relevant third-level qualification in Financial Services, Management, Business, HR, Law, Risk or Compliance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all offices.
• Deputise for the CEO as required and ensure governance and reporting.
• Maintain regulatory compliance, member service standards and operational efficiency.
