Job summary

South Dublin Credit Union is seeking an Operations Team Lead with responsibility for marketing to oversee daily member services and operational activities. You will supervise staff, coordinate marketing and engagement initiatives, and support business development while ensuring compliance and high service standards.

Qualifications

• APA, QFA or equivalent financial services qualification.
• Experience in financial services or credit unions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision of the operations team.
• Organise staff workloads to ensure efficient service.
• Act as first point of contact for operational queries.
• Support induction and training of new team members.
• Promote a positive, professional team environment.
• Assist with staff scheduling and coverage.
• Deliver excellent member service across channels.
• Monitor processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify workflow improvements and member-experience enhancements.
• Support implementation of operational initiatives and compliance.
