Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the banking industry.
• Proven experience in operations management within banking, financial services, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, financial services, and customer support processes.
• Demonstrated experience managing operational teams, improving performance, and overseeing day-to-day operations.
• Fluency in Turkish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with internal procedures.
• Lead, manage, and develop operational teams, including Customer Support and related functions.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, service quality, and operational KPIs, implementing improvements where necessary.
• Develop and optimise operational processes, workflows, and internal procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Ensure effective management of customer inquiries, escalations, and complex operational issues.
• Collaborate with Banking, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and other internal departments for smooth processes.
• Identify operational risks, process gaps, and areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions.
• Support the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Prepare and present operational performance reports with insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Manage resource planning, workload distribution, and team capacity to meet requirements.
• Support the implementation of new systems, initiatives, and business expansion projects
