We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Partnership Manager to join our team in Dublin.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with banks, financial institutions, payment service providers, and other key partners across the banking and fintech sectors.
You will play a key role in establishing new banking partnerships, facilitating corporate account openings, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the ongoing development of our existing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, establish, and develop strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, payment service providers, and other relevant vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with major banking institutions and key decision-makers.
- Lead discussions and negotiations with prospective banking partners and financial service providers.
- Manage the end-to-end corporate account opening process, including documentation, onboarding, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing banking partners and vendors, ensuring effective communication and ongoing relationship management.
- Monitor and follow up on account opening applications, onboarding requirements, and outstanding documentation.
- Identify new partnership opportunities to support the group's business operations and international expansion.
- Coordinate with internal Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Operations teams to facilitate banking and partnership arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of partnership agreements, account opening progress, and ongoing communications.
- Proactively address operational issues and maintain strong, long-term relationships with external partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the banking industry.
- Proven experience in banking relationship management, corporate banking, institutional partnerships, or a closely related field.
- Experience working with major banks, financial institutions, or large corporate clients.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, corporate account opening procedures, and financial services.
- Previous experience in fintech, payments, or financial technology-related businesses would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage with senior executives and key decision-makers.
- Fluency in both Turkish and English, written and spoken, is essential.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple partnerships and account opening processes simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Must have the legal right to work in Ireland.
