Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced EHS Project Specialist for a 100% on-site role at Ballsbridge, Dublin. You will oversee Environmental, Health and Safety programs across client facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation with a high degree of autonomy.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, develop safer work practices, conduct risk assessments, and mentor partners while maintaining documentation and reporting to the Global EHS Management Team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in an EHS environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficient with Google Suite and safety software (Enablon or similar)
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional EHS projects from outline to implementation.
• Develop and sustain systems to drive compliance and injury reduction.
• Review policies and conduct risk assessments to identify mitigations.
• Coach and train partners on EHS responsibilities and procedures.
• Maintain EHS documentation, manuals and training records.
