Job summary

Sisk is seeking a Project Manager - Fit Out to lead on-site delivery, ensuring quality, safety and financial performance across engineering projects in Ireland. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain client expectations through strong leadership and proactive risk management.

The role requires a degree in construction management or related field, plus certified health and safety knowledge and prior Tier 1 experience. Competitive rewards and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in project management within a Tier 1 construction/engineering environment.
Relevant health and safety certification (e.g. Safe Pass, CSCS, SMSTS or equivalent).
Experience delivering large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage and deliver projects in line with programme, budget and specifications.
Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial, design and construction functions.
Monitor progress, manage risks and implement corrective actions where required.
Manage budgets, forecasts, variations and project cash flow.
Foster relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners; chair progress meetings.
