Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on .NET development experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Angular or React.
• Experience leading or mentoring development teams.
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices and Agile methodologies.
• Solid knowledge of software design and SOLID principles.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ, and Angular or React.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and senior business stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and hands-on guidance across backend (.NET) and frontend (Angular or React) development.
• Support, guide, and mentor a development team working in an Agile environment.
• Contribute to solution design, code quality, and architectural decision-making.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and senior stakeholders to shape technical direction and deliverables.
• Drive best practices across code reviews, CI/CD, automated testing, and clean architecture.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and support the team in resolving them.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and innovation.
