BearingPoint Ireland is seeking an experienced .NET Technical Lead to shape technical direction and mentor a development team within an agile environment. You will guide backend (.NET, C#, .NET Core) and frontend (Angular or React) initiatives, promote best practices, and collaborate with product owners and senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on guidance, architecture decisions, and a culture of learning, continuous improvement, and strong delivery

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on .NET experience.
• 5+ years with Angular or React.
• Experience leading or mentoring development teams.
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices and Agile.
• Experience with software design and SOLID principles.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Proficiency with C#, .NET, .NET Core, EF, LINQ, and Angular or React.
• Clear communication with technical and senior business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support, guide, and mentor a development team in an agile environment.
• Provide hands-on technical direction across backend (.NET) and frontend (Angular or React).
• Contribute to solution design, code quality, and architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and senior stakeholders to shape direction.
• Deliver high-quality engineering through code reviews and design discussions.
• Promote CI/CD, automated testing, and clean architecture.
• Help troubleshoot challenges and support the team in resolving complex issues.
