Job summary

Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a client relocating to Malta. The role requires a strong React.js frontend and .NET backend, with leadership in architectural decisions.

Hybrid work will be based in Sliema, Malta, with visa and relocation support. The successful candidate will drive development, mentor teammates, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years hands-on IT experience.
• Proficiency with object-oriented programming concepts.
• Experience with React.js frontend and .NET backend.
• Experience with relational databases and cloud services.
• Fluent English, strong collaboration and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers and mentor teammates.
• Guide architectural discussions and code standards.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead and troubleshoot tasks with minimal supervision.
• Provide estimates for requests, fixes and new ideas.
