Job summary

Black Pen Recruitment is assisting a major client in Malta to recruit a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Solution Architect. This is a hybrid, full-time role based in Malta with relocation support and a focus on end-to-end D365FO implementations.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, manage client engagements, and drive presales activities while ensuring high-quality delivery across finance and supply chain domains.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or D365FO.
• Experience leading a team of at least 10 consultants.
• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
• Experience of large-scale ERP implementations.
• Calm under pressure with sound judgement and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to mentor junior and offshore staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions following best practices.
• Own the Finance and/or SCM work stream, and review/create solution documentation.
• Lead and manage a team of consultants with varying expertise.
• Gather requirements and perform gap/fit analyses for the workstream.
• Provide on-site support and coordinate with client teams.
• Assist with RFP/RFQ responses and proposal development.
• Deliver end-user training and mentor junior staff.
• Travel as required to client sites.
