Job summary

Black Pen Recruitment partners with a leading global firm to relocate you to Malta as a D365 CE Lead Functional Consultant. You will drive CRM implementations, engage with senior stakeholders, and shape solution architecture.

The role demands hands-on experience across D365 CE modules, Power Platform, and a strong consulting background. Onsite work in Malta with visa and relocation support is provided.

Qualifications

• University degree in computing or business.
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications (2016, D365) desirable.
• Extensive experience with D365 CE modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service).
• Strong client-facing consulting and delivery background.
• Experience with Power Platform solutions and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Dynamics 365 CE solutions for major clients.
• Organise workshops and requirements sessions with client stakeholders.
• Create design decisions and solution documentation.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery following project methodologies.
• Support business development and presales activities.
