Black Pen Recruitment is sourcing a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solution Architect for a large client in the consulting/Big 4 space. The role focuses on leading delivery of Dynamics 365 CE solutions, driving pre-sales activities and high-level architecture across onshore and offshore teams.

The position is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid work in Sliema, Malta. Strong English, extensive Dynamics CE expertise, and experience with Power Platform are essential, along with senior

Qualifications

• 15+ years IT experience in large-scale implementations
• 7–8 full-scale Dynamics CE solutions implemented
• Strong pre-sales and engagement leadership
• Ability to lead multi-region architecture projects
• Experience with offshore teams and Agile
• TOGAF or Zachman knowledge beneficial

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
• Champion SME for technical and functional architecture
• Drive adoption of new Dynamics 365 features
• Lead technical forums and knowledge sharing
• Design domain-specific implementations with out-of-the-box functionality
• Mentor junior team members and support career progression
• Travel abroad as required
