Job summary

Search Talent in Cork, Ireland, seeks an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to lead multiple mechanical/HVAC packages for Life Sciences, Pharma and high-tech projects. You will own contracts from pre-construction through to final delivery, coordinating with project teams, clients and senior management.

You will bring 10+ years in mechanical contracting, a strong track record on large Pharma/Life Sciences and data-centre projects, and a background in HVAC and process systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in mechanical contracting.
• Experience delivering large-scale projects in Pharma, Life Sciences, Data Centres or similar technical environments.
• Experience with HVAC and process systems.
• Mechanical Engineering qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Full delivery of mechanical/HVAC packages.
• Programme, budget and commercial management.
• Managing Project Managers, site teams and subcontractors.
• Client and stakeholder management.
• Cost control, forecasting and monthly reporting.
• Identifying project risks and resolving issues early.
• Supporting tenders and upcoming project opportunities.
• Ensuring projects meet quality, safety and programme requirements.
