McKesson seeks a Senior MDM Governance Policy & Knowledge Enablement Specialist to strengthen governance policies, knowledge content, and training across enterprise data and MDM operations. You will partner with data owners, stewards, compliance, and technology teams to ensure current standards, templates, and learning materials are accessible and aligned with regulatory requirements.

You will design role-based training, manage policy artifacts, and drive adoption while supporting ERP

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in a related field with solid governance knowledge.
Experience creating governance policies, SOPs, and learning materials.
Ability to establish document lifecycle practices and taxonomies.

Manage lifecycle of governance artifacts, including ownership and version control.
Lead development and governance of knowledge hubs and collaboration tools.
Design role-based training materials and onboarding resources.
Measure training effectiveness and drive adoption improvements.
