Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in Product Management, Digital Product Leadership, CMS or related digital platform environments.
• 4+ years of people leadership experience managing managers, product leaders, or cross‑functional teams.
• Experience owning enterprise digital product roadmaps and product portfolio strategies.
• Experience leading Agile product delivery and product‑centric operating models.
• Experience managing product investments, budgets, business cases, and value realization outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience collaborating with senior executives and influencing enterprise‑level decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and lifecycle management of enterprise content management platforms and related digital products.
• Develop and execute integrated digital product and services roadmaps aligned to business objectives and customer needs.
• Drive product‑centric operating models and Agile delivery practices across multiple teams and product portfolios.
• Partner with business, technology, experience, and operations leaders to prioritize investments and maximize value realization.
• Establish product governance, success metrics, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Oversee product portfolio planning, release management, and cross‑functional dependency management.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions for product portfolios.
• Build and develop high‑performing teams while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
