Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Data Quality, Data Governance, MDM, Data Analysis, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or CS.
• Experience developing KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, or governance reporting.
• Experience implementing data-quality monitoring and exception-management processes.
• Experience root-cause analysis and remediation of complex data-quality issues.
• Experience partnering across business, governance, compliance, operations, and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise data-quality rules, standards, thresholds, controls, and measurement methodologies.
• Develop and manage data-quality scorecards, dashboards, KPI frameworks, and monitoring processes.
• Analyze quality trends, identify risks, and translate findings into business recommendations.
• Lead triage, root-cause analysis, escalation, tracking, and resolution of data-quality issues.
• Partner with technology, operations, data owners, and stewards to drive remediation actions.
• Identify opportunities to automate monitoring and governance controls.
• Provide SME guidance for ERP modernization, analytics, and data-transformation initiatives.
• Deliver executive-ready reporting and participate in governance programs.
