• Engineering degree in production/manufacturing/mechanical engineering.
• 4 years’ experience in a relevant engineering role.
• Experience with statistical techniques (Black Belt) and equipment validation in an FDA environment.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy technical solutions to improve site capability and coordinate talent in engineering & technology.
• Design, install and improve lens production processes and equipment.
• Edit and publish troubleshooting docs and training materials.
• Lead cost and technical improvements under CI program.
• Provide timely project activity reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support strategic engineering goals and safety environmental requirements.
