Qualifications

• SME knowledge in two to three core technologies.
• Experience supporting 2GT, 3GT, or 4GT technologies in the Value Stream.
• Proven ability to apply data-driven problem solving to improve yield.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support to resolve systemic engineering equipment issues.
• Improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and enhance yield.
• Support IPC projects across current manufacturing technologies.
• Design and update troubleshooting guides and training materials.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams on solutions.
• Lead cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives via IPC programs.
• Manage projects with progress reporting and risk assessment.
• Ensure daily operations align with business objectives and EHS rules.
