Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong background in Manufacturing Engineering and Industrial Engineering.
• Solid understanding of Mechanical Engineering principles applied to manufacturing equipment and product design.
• Hands-on experience with Manufacturing Processes and Machining.
• Proven experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably medical devices or healthcare technology.
• Familiarity with quality systems, regulatory requirements, and health and safety standards in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to support high-quality production of eye health products.
• Analyze production performance and implement process improvements.
• Support new product introductions and collaborate with Quality, R&D, and Operations.
• Lead problem-solving activities and root cause analysis for process issues.
• Document engineering changes and mentor junior engineers.
