Job summary
Johnson & Johnson in Limerick, Ireland, is seeking a Process Engineer to join the Process Engineering team. You will support an exciting Value Stream, drive process characterization, qualification, and continuous improvement across multiple product lines.
You will lead cross-functional teams, tackle complex equipment and process issues, and apply statistical methods to improve quality and efficiency. The role offers growth in a manufacturing setting with opportunities for advanced training.
Qualifications
- Minimum a Level 8 Bachelor’s degree in Physics/Chemistry/Biological Science or Mechanical/Material/Process Engineering.
- Seven years’ experience in a manufacturing environment or similar.
- Experience with statistical tools and problem-solving methodologies is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership within a production value stream.
- Execute process characterization and qualification in NPIs.
- Lead continuous improvement to enhance product quality and equipment efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve process quality issues.
- Apply data-driven decision making and troubleshooting across complex equipment and processes.
- Manage multiple process engineering projects from design to qualification.
