You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, deliver engineering projects, and implement compliant, safe, and efficient manufacturing solutions that align with site and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Process, or Automation engineering.
• Minimum 4 years’ engineering experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing performance, process capability, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver engineering projects across manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, maintenance, validation, and other teams to implement compliant manufacturing solutions.
• Lead or support technical projects from concept through implementation with risk management and clear communication.
• Ensure Quality System deliverables including CAPAs, non-conformances, change controls, and related documentation.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements are integrated into design, purchase, modification, and operation of equipment.
