Fidelity International is seeking an Operational Resilience Senior Manager to lead governance and enhancements of the Operational Resilience Framework across the organisation. The role focuses on preventing, detecting, and recovering from disruptions while ensuring IBSs and CIFs stay within approved impact tolerances.

You will drive scenario testing, self-assessments, and remediation activities, collaborating with risk teams and service owners to maintain resilience posture and regulatory

Qualifikationen

• Experience implementing Operational Resilience programmes in regulated financial services.
• Strong understanding of FCA Operational Resilience and DORA requirements.
• Ability to identify, evaluate and prioritise risks and apply risk management techniques.
• Ability to collaborate with senior management and build stakeholder relationships.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and enhance the Operational Resilience Framework, procedures and guidance.
• Align risk and resilience frameworks with regulatory requirements and policies.
• Oversee important business services, CIFs and testing programs; provide quarterly assurance to Legal Entity Representatives.
• Govern annual scenario testing and Self-Assessment documentation; manage escalation and remediation of disruptions.
• Monitor regulatory developments and coordinate framework changes across IBSs.
