Job summary

Fideuram Asset Management Ireland (FAMI), part of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, seeks an Operational & ICT Risk Manager based in Dublin. You will lead the risk framework, coordinate assessments, monitor risk data and drive remediation actions within a top-tier asset management environment.

The role focuses on regulatory compliance, cyber/operational risk, and close collaboration with senior management to ensure a robust risk culture in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis capabilities.
• Experience in Risk, Compliance, Audit or IT Governance is required.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks including DORA is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the Operational & ICT Risk Management Framework.
• Coordinate risk self-assessments and support annual risk reviews.
• Monitor risk appetite, incidents and loss data; evaluate risks and define mitigations.
• Maintain risk maps, remediation plans and third‑party risk assessments.
• Prepare reporting and promote a strong risk culture.
