Job summary

Northern Trust in Ireland is seeking an Operational Resilience Specialist – Pillars Integration to join the Enterprise Resiliency Office and drive resilience workstreams globally. You will lead efforts to embed minimum resilience requirements across People, Premises, Technology, Third Party, and Data pillars, ensuring alignment with IBSs and IISs.

You will partner with pillar owners, change management, and tooling teams to improve visibility, governance, and compliance with resilience policies

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Operational Resilience and Business Continuity across pillars.
• Experience in operational resilience, risk management or related discipline in financial services.
• Understanding regulatory expectations and translating them into practical framework and controls.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders across regions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Define and embed minimum resilience requirements across People, Premises, Technology, Third Party, and Data pillars.
• Collaborate with pillar owners and global partners to ensure consistent pillar integration.
• Identify, prioritise, and oversee resilience dependencies supporting IBSs and IISs.
• Work with Change Management to integrate resilience requirements into change processes.
• Support data integration into enterprise tooling and management information systems.
• Provide input on resilience risk reporting and non-conformance across pillars.
• Lead defined initiatives with clear timelines and delivery against targets.
• Mentor colleagues and promote knowledge sharing of best practices.
