Senior Manager – Management Accounting - West Cork -Hybrid

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and highly successful business in West Cork in a senior management position.

We’re looking for an experienced qualified accountant to take responsibility for a portfolio of clients and lead a team of 10-12. This is a role with genuine scope and responsibility, combining client engagement, financial oversight and team leadership.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who enjoys working with clients, understanding their businesses and providing meaningful financial and commercial advice. You’ll have a strong background in management accounts, financial analysis and team management, with the ability to oversee workflows, people and client relationships effectively.

This is predominantly an oversight and management role, with some hands‑on accounting responsibilities at key periods of the year. It offers excellent exposure to senior clients and high level of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA.
• Minimum 5 years' post-qualified experience.

• Proven experience managing and developing a team.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Commercially minded with strong attention to detail.
• Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Retail/accounting practice experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
