Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Specialist, Supply Chain Operations on a 12-month fixed-term basis, based in Dublin or Shannon, Ireland. The role connects customers, intercompany, and third-party sites to execute order processing and invoicing within the supply chain.

You will liaise with Purchasing, Finance, and Fiscal Reps, ensure compliance with regulatory and business rules, manage tolling and invoicing activities, and support master data for customers and contracts while delivering timely

Qualifications

Three years’ experience in a multinational supply chain environment.
Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred.
Knowledge of supply chain operations standards.
Experience in order processing and invoicing.
Able to meet tight deadlines and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

Co-ordinate operations with Purchasing, Finance and Fiscal Reps to perform supply chain activities.
Provide a key link in Supply Chain between intercompany and third-party supply sites and markets.
Ensure customers and sites comply with Business and Tolling Rules.
Resolve discrepancies in quantity and timing of market orders.
Receipt and entry of market orders as per business rules.
Receipt and process supplier invoices and follow up on price discrepancies, and payment queries.
Perform SAP transactions in a compliant manner.
Meet Finance deadlines for month-end and year-end sales reporting.
Support Master Data related to customers, contracts and BOMs.
