Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations Supply Planner to lead supply planning across external manufacturing and internal sites. You will manage supply strategies, develop plans, and resolve risks affecting product availability while coordinating with global teams and stakeholders.

The role requires strong ERP and data analytics skills, experience with SAP and Kinaxis, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably global manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain operations and ERP systems (SAP/Rapid Response) and data analysis tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements (cGMP, FDA, EMA).
• APICS or related professional qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage supply plans for materials related to product portfolios.
• Coordinate with internal and external manufacturing sites to balance service with efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and up-to-date purchase orders for Drug Substance, Drug Product and Finished Goods.
• Monitor demand changes and adjust production plans; report monthly/quarterly stock views.
• Identify and resolve supply constraints; chair and participate in supply chain meetings.
• Track key KPIs such as backorders, inventory accuracy and PO quality.
• Support digital tooling and process improvements in planning workflows.
