Job summary

You will lead a distributed team of analysts, admins, and engineers, ensuring scalable, secure, automated systems across the business.

The role focuses on roadmap execution, budget governance, and cross-functional alignment with executives to optimize processes and data continuity in a global, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership competence managing technical teams in a global enterprise.
• Experience with cloud-based business architectures and multi-vendor ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute a scalable strategy for the business application stack (Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, Smartsheet, PandaDoc).
• Provide functional leadership to a distributed team of analysts, admins, and engineers.
• Translate operational workflows into secure, automated system configurations across units.
• Manage software procurement, vendor contracts, and license analytics.
