Job summary

McKesson is seeking a principal leader to define the strategic direction for Salesforce platforms and ensure governance and executable multi-year delivery. This role combines deep Salesforce architecture credibility with portfolio delivery, vendor, financial and stakeholder leadership.

Responsibilities include setting enterprise architecture vision, leading delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and integration platforms, and translating business strategy into actionable roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 13+ years in enterprise technology, architecture or large-scale platform delivery with Salesforce leadership experience.
• Demonstrated depth across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, data, security and enterprise integration patterns.
• Proven leadership of multi-year transformation portfolios with executive stakeholders and multiple delivery partners.
• Experience with portfolio governance, SOW oversight, vendor management and financial stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise Salesforce architecture vision, principles and roadmaps with investment priorities.
• Lead architecture and delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, integration platforms, data, AI and digital experiences.
• Translate business strategy into target-state architecture and executable roadmaps.
• Govern major decisions through architecture reviews and risk processes.
• Own portfolio delivery health, dependencies, risks, outcomes and executive communications.
