Qualifications

• 13+ years in enterprise technology, architecture or large-scale platform delivery with Salesforce leadership.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated architecture depth across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, data, security and enterprise integration.
• Proven leadership of multi-year transformation portfolios with exec stakeholders and multiple delivery partners.
• Experience with portfolio governance, SOW oversight, financial stewardship and delivery accountability.
• Ability to communicate architecture choices and investment recommendations to exec and technical audiences.
• Track record of alignment across business, technology, data, security and operations.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise Salesforce architecture vision, principles, roadmaps and investment priorities.
• Lead architecture and delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ and integration platforms.
• Translate business strategy into target-state architecture and executable delivery plans.
• Govern major decisions through architecture review, security and risk processes.
• Oversee vendor performance, delivery commitments and financial stewardship.
• Partner with business, product, security, data and engineering leaders to drive trade-offs.
