Job summary

McKesson is seeking a senior Salesforce architect to provide deep technical ownership of platform architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and related services. You will define guardrails for secure, scalable solutions and guide teams on governor limits, performance, and maintainability.

Lead architecture reviews, establish integration patterns with MuleSoft, REST/SOAP, and events, and partner with security and risk teams on least privilege and encryption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Salesforce architecture, engineering or enterprise CRM delivery with hands‑on technical depth.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Apex, LWC, Flow, platform limits and Salesforce security architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define platform architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud where applicable, Apex, LWC and Flow.
• Own reference architectures and standards for integration, APIs, events, data, identity, access, security and environment strategy.
• Lead complex solution designs and architecture reviews, documenting options, decisions, risks and technical debt.
