Job summary

Access Healthcare seeks a Senior Applications Analyst to own the core Influence CRM and its ecosystem, including analytics and integrations. The role spans reporting, vendor liaison, and process improvements both locally and internationally.

You will collaborate with a second senior teammate, learning rapidly, solving problems, and driving efficiency across platforms while supporting rollout and training for the wider team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 2+ years' IT experience, ideally in software or data environments.
• Strong technical foundation with ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Fluent, clear English with stakeholder liaison experience.
• Experience with Power BI or low-code tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and support Influence CRM and related tools.
• Assist in process improvement and automation projects.
• Liaise with software vendors for bugs and changes.
• Document systems, flows and diagrams.
• Build and maintain KPI reports for Finance.
• Support system selection and rollout of new tools.
• Develop training material for the team.
• Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
