Job summary

Darwin Hawkins in Dublin is seeking a Senior Manager to lead corporate finance origination, originating new funding opportunities and shaping the commercial strategy for mid-market corporate clients. You will collaborate with senior leadership to build a robust transaction pipeline and engage directly with CEOs, CFOs and advisers.

This hybrid role offers the chance to shape growth, develop client relationships, and drive go-to-market activities across sectors.

Responsibilities

• Origination – Develop new corporate funding opportunities and build a strong transaction pipeline.

• Client Engagement – Work directly with senior decision-makers to understand strategic and funding requirements.
• Transactions – Develop funding solutions and progress opportunities through to completion.
• Commercial Strategy – Develop go-to-market strategies across priority sectors and channels.
• Market Development – Identify new commercial opportunities and build long-term client/intermediary relationships.
• Leadership – Over time, take increasing ownership for strategy, team development and commercial performance.

Our Client

Our client is a growing financial services business providing tailored funding solutions to corporate clients. The business is expanding its presence in the Irish market and is looking to appoint a Senior Manager to support its next phase of growth.
