Job summary

Darwin Hawkins in Dublin (Hybrid) is seeking a Senior Manager - Debt & Capital Advisory to own and drive complex debt transactions from initial engagement through to completion, working directly with clients and lenders to deliver optimal finance solutions.

The role blends transaction execution, client management and business development, with strong exposure to the debt capital markets, and an opportunity to lead and develop junior team members within a growing advisory practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in debt advisory, leveraged finance or structured finance.
• Strong track record of executing financing transactions.
• Extensive skills in debt structuring, credit analysis and financial modelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead debt advisory transactions from initial engagement through to completion.
• Advise clients on financing structures, refinancing and other debt solutions.
• Review financial models, forecasts, credit analysis and transaction materials.
• Support and lead negotiations around financing terms and transaction documentation.
• Manage relationships with clients, lenders and other transaction stakeholders.
• Support deal origination, pitches and new business opportunities.
• Lead and support junior team members throughout transactions.

Role and Reporting Lines
