Job summary

Camden Recruitment Partners is seeking a Manager for its Debt Capital Markets team in Dublin. The role focuses on debt raising, structured finance and securitisation with exposure to financial services clients including banks, fintechs and other non-bank lenders.

This hands-on role offers client, lender and investor engagement across the lifecycle from funding strategy to close, with opportunities to mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience across debt advisory, leveraged finance, structured finance, private credit or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Understanding of debt products and capital structures.
• Financial services transaction experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in debt and capital markets.

I’m working with a boutique advisory firm that is looking to hire a Manager into its growing Debt Capital Markets team in Dublin.

The role will focus on debt raising, structured finance and securitisation, with particular exposure to Financial Services clients including banks, specialist lenders, fintechs, leasing and other non-bank financial institutions.

This is a hands‑on role with strong exposure to clients, lenders and investors, working across transactions from initial funding strategy through to execution and financial close.
