You will collaborate with senior leadership to build a robust transaction pipeline and engage directly with CEOs, CFOs and advisers.

Qualifications

• Strong corporate finance experience with an understanding of debt and funding structures.
• Experience working with mid-market or corporate clients.
• Confidence engaging with CEOs, CFOs, shareholders and professional advisers.
• Strong commercial judgement and relationship-building skills.
• Genuine interest in business development and origination.
• Ambitious and entrepreneurial approach with an appetite for increased responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Origination – Develop new corporate funding opportunities and build a strong transaction pipeline.
• Relationships – Build relationships with corporate finance firms, debt advisers, investors and other referral partners.
• Client Engagement – Work directly with senior decision-makers to understand strategic and funding requirements.
• Transactions – Develop funding solutions and progress opportunities through to completion.
• Commercial Strategy – Develop go-to-market strategies across priority sectors and channels.
• Market Development – Identify new commercial opportunities and build long-term client/intermediary relationships.
• Leadership – Over time, take increasing ownership for strategy, team development and commercial performance.
