Job summary

Sitecore in Dublin is seeking a Manager, Security Operations & Incident Response to lead the SOC and Incident Response activities for our global SaaS platform. You will guide detection, containment, and recovery efforts and drive AI‑assisted security operations to improve speed and effectiveness.

The role partners with Engineering, Legal, Privacy, and Product teams to maintain robust cyber defense, manage MSSP services, and ensure strong governance across security programs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a SOC and IR in a 24/7 environment.
• Experience securing cloud and SaaS environments; end‑to‑end incident lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day SOC and IR operations.
• Coordinate incident response with cross‑functional teams.
• Define playbooks, metrics, and service levels.
• Oversee MSSP performance and drive improvements.
• Advance AI-assisted detections and automated responses.
